RENTAL
The rental period begins on the 7th month after delivery of the leased equipment.

BUY-BACK OPTION
  
The rental contract ends with the payment of the last monthly instalment, which represents the residual value or buy-back value.
  
The contract may be terminated and the leased equipment repurchased at any time by the customer, subject to payment of 85% of the residual value.
  
In the event of non-payment leading to termination of the contract, the asset must be returned to the lessor, who is the rightful owner. The lessor reserves the right to charge a reinstatement fee, if applicable. In these circumstances, no buy-back option is available.
