RENTAL CONTRACT
- Initial payment on order
- From the first month after delivery of the leased equipment, 42 monthly rental payments payable in advance at the end of each month, the last of which will be used to purchase the residual value of the contract.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- This contract is not a credit sale, but a lease. The seller retains full ownership of the leased asset until the end of the contract.
- The contract may be interrupted and the leased item repurchased by the customer at any time, subject to payment of 85% of the residual value.
- In the event of non-payment leading to termination of the contract, the asset must be returned to the lessor, who is the rightful owner. The lessor reserves the right to charge a reinstatement fee, if applicable. In these circumstances, no buy-back option is available.
