Unrestricted right of return

You may return an item in exchange for a credit note equivalent to the purchase price if :

  • the original packaging is intact and unopened

  • The original packaging has no markings, stickers or traces of adhesive.

  • The original label is still in place

  • The date of purchase is less than 30 days old

Return with fixed processing fee

 

A return for credit, with a fixed processing fee, is possible if :

  • The original packaging has been opened but remains intact and complete

  • The item is unused and in perfect condition, with no signs of use

  • The operating system or firmware has not been installed and the customer has not registered

  • All supplied accessories are included

  • purchase date is less than 30 days old
     

The processing fee for this type of return is set at a minimum of 10% of the current price (maximum of the purchase price / at least CHF 10.-) and will be deducted from the credit note.
 

Returns after individual inspection

A credit note return, after individual inspection and application of a fixed processing fee, is possible if :

  • the original packaging is complete

  • Item shows signs of use

  • All supplied accessories are included

  • Individual inspection is carried out by our specialist team. Returns are not guaranteed.

  • Processing costs amount to a minimum of 20% of the item's current price (maximum of the purchase price).

  • The possibility of return and the amount of the fee deducted from the credit note will be determined after verification of the required criteria.
     

In addition, a reset fee of CHF 50 will be deducted from the credit note if the operating system or firmware has already been installed.
 

Note: the fixed fee covers the cost of the return. Opened and used items are then resold in our online store as “controlled returns”, with a precise description of their condition and at a reduced price.
